Behavioral Health Navigation Referral Survey Form - Behavioral Health Navigation Referral Form links the client to community resources and services and will follow-up on the outcome of the referral.

Adult Resource Directory of Behavioral Health Services - Provides information about behavioral and mental health local community-based organizations in Howard County.
Youth Resource Directory of Behavioral Health Services - Provides information about behavioral and mental health local community-based organizations for youth in Howard County.

- Child, Adult, and Family Support Services -
- Child/Adolescent Coordination Services - Youth and young adult care coordination connects families dealing with behavioral health challenges to resources and referrals in the community that meet their needs.
- Adult Coordination Services - Resources for adults seeking mental health and/or behavioral health services.
- Family Options Program - The Family Options Program is a teen parenting program for pregnant and parenting teenagers who live in Howard County.
- Immigrant Behavioral Health Services - The Immigrant Behavioral Health Services Program assists people who are foreign-born, live in Howard County, are low-income and are uninsured.
- Criminal Justice Behavioral Health Services -
- Drug/DUI Court Case Management and Referrals - The Howard County Health Department provides the Treatment Specialist for the Howard County DUI/Drug Court team. The treatment specialist provides case management services, including: contacting treatment providers for client progress reports and coordinating treatment. The treatment specialist also assesses clients and refers them to the appropriate providers for needed services.
- Substance Use Treatment at the Detention Center - Provides substance use disorder and mental health screenings within the Howard County District Court. Clients are court referred or referred from the Office of Parole and Probation. Based on the screenings, individuals can be referred and scheduled evaluations by the Behavioral Health Court Liaison. They also provide follow up to see if the client attended their appointment and will notify the referral source of attendance.
- Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) - LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) offers an alternative approach to crimes stemming from mental health and substance use challenges. LEAD is designed to keep our community safe and promote health for all in Howard County.
- Opioid Response Program (ORP) - The ORP leads and coordinates Narcan trainings, conducts community outreach efforts, and provides overdose prevention strategies and support.
- Opioid Misuse Prevention - This program includes medication disposal, opioid pain management, prevention of illicit drug use, and access to Narcan.
- Peer Recovery Support - Substance use recovery support, safe usage resources, referrals.

- Contact HC DrugFree for questions about prescription and over-the-counter medication and sharps (needles, syringes and EpiPens) disposal and safe storage.
