The Howard County Department of Community Resouces and Services Family Pre-Loved Event is back just in time for spring and summer! Everyone knows pre-loved items are seriously the best! Families or individuals in the community are invited to pick out items such as toys, books, kids/baby items, and clothes for all ages and much more. The event will be first come, first served.
