This campaign focuses on promoting healthy lifestyle tips, using SNAP benefits, and helping residents learn more about prediabetes and diabetes prevention.
We are distributing culturally and linguistically appropriate materials to support outreach across Howard County. Posters and postcards are available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Korean.
