HEART HEALTH SELF-MANANGEMENT PROGRAMS
❤️ February is American Heart Month
February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about heart disease—the leading cause of death in the United States—and the steps we can take to protect our heart health.
The Howard County Local Health Improvement Coalition (LHIC) encourages our community to focus on heart-healthy habits, including staying physically active, eating nutritious foods, managing stress, and keeping up with regular health screenings. Small, consistent changes can make a big difference in supporting heart health at every stage of life.
